What’s Covered?
Our warranty covers qualifying parts and labor installed by Car-Aid Auto Repair during the warranty period.
Covered repairs may include:
- Engine repairs
- Brake system repairs
- Steering and suspension repairs
- Cooling system repairs
- Electrical system repairs
- Starting and charging system repairs
- Many other qualifying mechanical repairs
Coverage begins on the date of service and remains valid for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Covered Services
Roadside Assistance Coverage includes reimbursement for:
- Towing services
- Lock-out assistance
- Flat tire assistance
- Emergency fluid delivery
- Battery jump-start service
To be eligible for coverage, simply retain your invoice from Car-Aid Auto Repair or any participating TechNet Professional Automotive Service facility.
Reimbursement Coverage
Eligible customers may receive reimbursement of up to $150 per incident during a 365-day period.
How to Obtain Service
If roadside assistance is needed, simply contact the licensed service provider of your choice. Pay for the service directly and keep all receipts and documentation related to the incident.
How to Receive Reimbursement
To request reimbursement:
- Download and complete the Roadside Assistance Claim Form.
- Gather the required proof of service documents listed on the form.
- Submit your completed claim and supporting documents using one of the following methods:

What Is Not Covered
You must pay for any non-warranty service you order to be performed at the same time as the warranty service. This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, and alteration or “tampering with” (by other than the Facility or Facility employees). This warranty does not cover replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear. The Facility’s employees and/or agents do not have authority to modify the terms of this warranty nor to make any promises in addition to those contained in this warranty.
